I made a mistake on my order and had a very hard time for a few weeks getting in touch with Swiftwick. They didn't respond to my emails. Then I got an email asking for a review and I complained in my review. Swiftwick responded very quickly, apologized for the system errors that meant they didn't receive my emails. They fixed all the problems and went above and beyond. I suppose we all have technical problems and because of the extraordinary lengths they went to in order to fix things I'm upgrading my review to five stars for customer success. The socks are great too. I'll leave separate reviews for those. Thank you Swiftwick.
