The online shopping experience was easy and customer service responded quickly & are very helpful Concerning the compression & sizing in the Aspire 4&7 Hi-Viz Yellow sock .... There is more compression at the cuff than at the arch, where it is needed and as advertised. I am also wondering if your sizing chart may be not accurate. I ordered the Large as noted for myself and Medium for my girlfriend.. and guess what, the Medium fits me better and I could feel more compression in my arch. I also ordered the Aspire 4 & 7 (Large) in White and Black and they fit fine. Again, this issue (so far) has been only with the Aspire 4 & 7, in the Hi-Viz Yellow color
