This company stands behind their product! Customer Service Reps are armed with all the tools they need to help AND they have a great attitude doing it. Other sock companies offering a lifetime guarantee require you to mail in your worn out socks to issue a warranty replacement. Say goodbye to $5 or more just for shipping (never mind the inconvenience). Not so at Swiftwick. Take a picture, contact Customer Service and look in your mailbox a few days later for your replacement socks. As long as they sell socks - I’ll be buying them! They have a great product and a great company.
