I ordered 2 pair, 1 size medium & 1 size large. I liked the fit of the large. The size medium pair seemed to be mismatched. One was much larger than the other. I called Swiftwick and they quickly sent a new pair of size medium without me needing to return the mismatched pair. Great customer service!!! The new pair of size medium was fine and I can wear them although I prefer the large. I don't like my socks quite so tight. I wear women's size 8 in running or sneaker type shoes.
