Bought socks from Swiftwick for the first time on a friend’s recommendation and I’m glad I did. Not only are the socks great, but the customer service is excellent! I’d like to call out Lauren in Customer Support for the excellent job she did. Initially, I didn’t receive my order despite the USPS indicating that it had been delivered. I contacted Swiftwick Customer support through their website and she indicated that they’d replace my order immediately. I waited an extra day to see if they would be delivered before responding. Unfortunately, they still hadn’t been delivered. Swiftwick replaced the missing order without question. Given that and the fact that their socks are great, they just got them a customer for life!
