The socks are great and customer service is second to none! I incorrectly ordered socks to give as a gift that were not military compliant and the customer service team couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did they respond very quickly to my questions, they were also super friendly and helped me resolve my issue fast! In this age of automated and outsourced customer service, this company really seems to value their customers and I really can’t say enough good things about their service. As a bonus, the recipient of the socks loved them and told me they are super comfortable and excellent quality. I am definitely going to be purchasing some more socks from Swiftwick in the future!
