This was the 1st time had ordered from Swimwear Galore online. I have purchased from the Malvern East store before and was extremely impressed with the range of swimwear available. I am a loyal customer of the Jantzen range as I find they last the longest and I know their sizing fits well. I ordered my one piece on Saturday 7/1/23 and it arrived by a Tuesday 10/1/23 via courier. When I opened the package, the bathers were in a zip lock bag, together with care instructions and a form should I need to return/exchange them. Great little zip bag which is handy for popping the bathers in if still wet. Bathers fit perfectly and I'm very happy with them. As this was my 1st online order, while inputting, I was offered a $10 discount if I joined as a member and spent over $100. I joined up. I originally intended to pay with some money I had left on a Visa gift card and to pay the rest on my Visa Debit card. The system didn't like that there was only the $40 left on my gift card so I ended up putting the whole amount on the Visa Debit. In doing this I missed the step for inputting a code to get the $10 discount. No worries though - I called the customer service line on the Monday morning and the lady that took the call was happy to put a credit back to my account. Needless to say I am happy to recommend this company for great customer service and prompt delivery. I look forward to enjoying my new swimwear for a long time. Thanks again Swimwear Galore.
