I was sent a snorkel that leaked profusely by the second use. I emailed them about the problem and was told I’d have to fill in their forms (which I consider doing their admin work but unpaid) and post it back (more unpaid commuting and time not paid), where they would assess if it was indeed faulty and if it was deemed faulty, then I’d get a refund. So much running around when they are at fault. I don’t have time for this so threw it in the bin.
