Unfortunately my swimwear ($279) never arrived at my house even though swimwear galore said it had been delivered and someone else had forged a signature on it.
I’ve asked swimwear galore for next steps on how to get the item or refund but they are now ignoring my my 2 calls. (No answer from their customer service so I’ve left 2 messages) I received one email with the details of the phantom delivery then they haven’t responded after that even though I have emailed back. I will be taking further steps. Very bad customer service so far I’m afraid.
