I've been with Swinton for 20 years . I wanted to add a new car to.my breakdown cover as previously done with ease by phone in past years. I have tried repeatedly to do this over the phone and found it just impossible. I cannot get through to the correct dept . I keep getting sent on a merri go round of departments then back to main switchboard. I have given up now and will resort to old fashioned pen and paper Not sure what's happening at the company. It used to be so easy to make this change. I would avoid.
