Terrible company, please don't deal with these people, we wanted to change address details from where we live down south as we are moving to our daughter's address in the North and had a few changes to state. We were honest and gave a true account, my wife spent ages on the phone to them and the last question was what are yours and your husband's occupation, which we stated obviously we have had to give our jobs up whilst we move and will look for jobs once moved, we were told because we were now classed as unemployed that we could no longer be insured with our insisting insurance company, they would have to find a alternative, when the came back with a quote of £800.00 pounds, we thought they had made a mistake, but they said that was the cheapest quote,. So basically my wife has had to go on a comparison website and has found a much better quote and that one would include our daughter as well the have quoted £527.00 for the three of us. Needless to say she's had to cancel her insurance with Swinton which she had to pay a cancellation fee of £50.00, that's disgusting. Because of this we won't be using the services of this company ever again.
