Unfortunately I still have not got my withdrawal. They just fob you off with excuses about ques yet I know people who put their requests in long after me and got their money the same day. So what que? But i am in a 3 month long que. Yeah right. I asked them what number I am in the que and they cant even answer that just telling me to be patient. I think 3 months wait is more than patient. They dont care about their customers. Their PR responds here to make it seem as if they are trying to resolve the issue. When you email them no one responds. They are a scam I doubt I will ever get my money. I was smart to file a claim with recovery dome and got my full refund
