On switcher's website I was able to order change my gas and electricity suppliers with little effort on my part - switcher calculated average savings and let me compare how the different bundles and see how those figures were arrived at. When I chose my switch, it was fully automated, requiring me only to provide my meter numbers and readings, and set up a direct debit for the bills. Best of all, when I realized the next morning that I'd entered something wrong, I just had to call their help centre on the phone, and they were able to sort it out for me with the supplier.
