What Switcher provides can not be faulted as it is easy to use. However, I do have a gripe with the companies who offer service and advertise certain products. For example, I used Switcher to find a new broadband provider. After entering details like address and eircode to get an exact location, I was given a few choices on broadband providers. I received contact from two of these providers that I had asked to call me back. Pure Telecom rang me, took more details, said they had to do a line test then never got back to me. Vodafone rang to get details then failed to get back to me. When I tried again with Vodafone through Switcher, they insisted on card payment details to avail of a special offer that was not advertised on Switcher. They said an engineer will be out in a few day. I received a few text message claiming the order was with the engineer. I started to make arrangements to get time of work so I can be at home when the engineer called, then two week later, via text message, Vodafone say that cannot provide broadband in my area. What a waste of time!
