My first introduction to Swoggi was through one of those money type sites and so I thought it was a legitimate auction site. So, guess what, I signed up to it and paid £25 through Paypal for 50 credits and started bidding. The bid increases by 1p per bid for which you pay 50p and it is forever dropping to 1 second to go and guess what, goes to another few seconds because, someone else has bid, or the system is set to automatically bid until Swoggi's price is achieved. Think of the figures here, I started for an Ipad at £17.00, the bid increments of 1p were charged at 50p per bid. I watched it go up to £187,17 - that is £170 worth of 1p bids charged at 50p/bid. So, Swoggi earned 170 x 100 x .5 = £8500 - for an Ipad?????
