Ordering process was very smooth, customer service response extremely quick and very polite. Product arrived to my shop and ship account quickly and then onto the next country easy. Super super happy with the actual product. Nice thick towel good quality zipper so the kids won't break it easy pockets are always a win great for early morning swim training session, beach and boat days love this product been after something like this for ages. Would recommend buying up a size though as we were wanting it for winter on the boat and a bit longer they can tuck their legs under to block the wind. But I think they're true to size.
