Trying to call says he today, as received my new iPhone which I brought through the range arrived in a bubble wrapped bag, no box as the ad said it would, no free lighting fast charger or Sim pin as the ad said all refurbished phones come with free accessories, I can't tell if the phones working or not as it's flat(hopefully), just hope I didn't spend all that money on a dead brick!, I've emailed and called a number of times but no-one is getting back to me
