Had one sales person there say that 'may be I should get my dad to do my lawns'.
This was after I explained that My dad has a similar 'Stihl' line trimer and is not spluttering at half throttle like mine. They obviously learnt how to look after customers from 'Faulty Towers'.
yes they did ask what fuel I used, funny it was doing the same on the fuel they supplied.
The best thing they could have done was, apologize, and offer to supply a replacement whilst figuring out what to do with my new one.
Nahh ,Nudda, zip. arrogant and rude. not even an apology.
Zero care, and rude.
Buy elsewhere, or feel stupid dealing with this lot.
