24-7 customer service I have been recommended to work with SydneyFX from many of my friends. They all gave me positive feedback from this company so I started trading with them after years of trading with another broker I was not very happy with. The customer service I was given was not the greatest and I was looking for a company that I can rely on and that is responsive to my questions and concerns. After only two months of back-to-back phone calls with SydneyFX I see what all the talk was about. They truly are always available 24-7 for questions, whether it be by live chat or phone call they make sure to get a response back as fast as they can. As a client coming from somewhere where this was not common, I see what a big difference it makes. It enables me to take advantage of trading opportunities much quicker than with the previous company, because I get answers quicker, I can perform transactions and trades quicker.
