Looking to book a cottage latter this year and having previusly used Sykes a few years back I decided to check them out. So having looked at reviews on this site I went to the Sykes Unhappy Customers Facebook page today and cannot believe what I have read and how long Sykes have been allowed to get away with such behaviour. I will now be looking to book direct with the cottage owner.
