A customer left two poor reviews for my property. Sykes only allow one review per customer. The customer circumvented this by posting via TripAdvisor. Sykes said they would remove the review but didn't. When contacted again they changed their minds and did not remove the second review.
The same customer was found to have housed five people in the property, which is suitable for only four. When told about this, Sykes did nothing. I am not impressed.
