Because of the COVID compared with the rules for foreigners we wanted to cancel the booking and to receive our payment back.
But mailing and calling didn’t help. The service was very bad and our money that we payed in advance is lost. Within a week after cancelling the apartment was already booked by someone else.
We ‘ll never come back!
