had a booking 1 may 2020 move it to 7 may 2021 because of
covid 19 I cancelled 2 weeks before holiday date we didn't
feel safe to go the holiday let was fully rebooked so minimal
loss to holiday let or agent but no sniff of a refund as a good will
gesture
