Booked a cottage in Harlech North Wales July 21, arrived but couldn't get into the cottage until 5pm, sat having a drink & I got an email at 1.15pm to say cottage canceled due to a leak in property! the email offered us alterative accommodation double & treble what we had paid for canceled cottage & no where near to us!!
Skyes left us stranded, it was very upsetting & stressful, when I complained it was you'll get your money back, not even an apology,
Be very careful if anything goes wrong don't expect any help.
