I wish I could give Sykes cottages no stars. I am absolutely appalled at the level
of service I have received. We booked one of the top properties in their portfolio for 2022 and due to myself and my sister being key workers for the NHS we were unable to get the time off and had to cancel. Not only is the property live on their website but they have refused to refund my deposit of £350.00. Sykes cottages be warned people will remember this and will never book with you again. Myself and my family being one of those people!
