Wish I'd seen these reviews before booking. So disappointed by misleading and inaccurate description of property, they had been informed by owners of change in facilities but failed to pass on this information so we found out when we arrived that the property did not meet our requirements.
Very poor customer service, will never book with this company again.
Never had to register a complaint before, so frustrating and disappointing.
