No refund even if you pay for insurance. They say you can cancel weeks in advance but no refund. Customer service try to get you to say thing to invalidate the insurance. Only refund given if you get covid and can prove it. That is if you buy insurance. Small print 7 pages mostly explaining what is excluded from the insurance.
