First impressions on arrival very poor.bags of rubbish ,large weeds on front step ,flowerpots growing yet more weeds.
Inside grubby.dirty stair carpet ,old mats on floor and most surfaces covered in dust .Sykes were very dismissive of my complaints and didn’t seem to care that our holiday was not as described.
