If at all possible, avoid!!
I had an issue with a booking - I received an email announcing one of the bedrooms in the property we booked was not available. No response to my query for two weeks, when finally it is confirmed there would be work going on in the property during our stay. Cancelled the property and rebooked. A voucher they applied couldn't be used for this booking, despite the new house costing more, so to take advantage I have to book again.
To make matters worse the original house went back on as available for the dates I'd cancelled, no mention of one bedroom not being available & that renovation work would be taking place.
I finally lodged a formal complaint 3 weeks ago about the whole saga and appalling customer service, to finally receive (after chasing it up!) an email ignoring most of my concerns and just saying it is what it is and they're closing my case.
As a company, fine if no issues with your booking. Any problems, truly appalling customer services. "Ignore & they'll go away" appears to be their strap line.
