Absolutely disgusted. They have refused to refund deposits on two properties due to being unable to travel to the UK from Australia because of Covid restrictions. We’ve been in numerous communication with this company and they couldn’t care less. We have had no issues with receiving full refunds in respect of other booked accommodation with Airbnb, and Bookings.com. We would never book another holiday with Sykes and intend to escalate the matter further.
