Inaccurate listing details - shocking customer service. Don’t use this company. I’m out nearly £600.
Absolutely outrageous situation. Booked a cottage which clearly states pets allowed, made payment including pet surcharge x2, owner rejected the booking on the basis that she didn’t want house cats, only dogs (which was not stated in the listing), and Sykes saying they will not refund us anything!!
Customer services representative called Ben won’t let me talk to manager because “it doesn’t warrant escalation”. Unbelievable.
