We are regular customers of Sykes cottages up till now .we booked
A week in an apartment in Ambleside for first week in July 2022 having previously rented it. However we have since learned that the same apartment has been reduced by £199 per weekly booking.I contacted Customer Services but to no avail .However a waste of time as they were not prepared to do anything.This is how they deal with very good customers.
