We have just booked and paid for a 4 night stay in wales. Within 30 mins we took a call to say they Sykes had made a pricing error and if we wanted to go then we have to pay another £140 !
I asked to speak to a manager and was told that I couldn’t, I asked for a name and was told I couldn’t have it.
Absolutely scandalous, don’t book with these people.
