Nothing got sorted out and I have just received a message telling me the owners disagree with our complaints and won't offer refund. So we certainly won't be using them again as we feel they should check the property themselves instead of believing owners who just want money regardless of there customers happiness. They should not be allowed to carry on doing this as you look forward all year to your holiday.
