Dont use the app.
Bookings got lost and when I rebooked was charged for cancelling the originals. Even after complaining the bookings are still not on the app.
Cuystomer services were VERY VERY unhelpful.
Lost over £250 due to this.
Very disappionted in the lack of response from Sykes.
