Extremely disappointed that Sykes chose to ignore my genuine feedback.
I addressed some issues regarding my recent holiday. On arrival we found the washing machine full of someone elses laundry. Cobwebs in lounge & bathroom. There were a few other concerns which I pointed out. I thought it only fair to give Sykes the opportunity to address my concerns before writing a review. They chose not to bother replying.
