Stated pets are allowed.
48 hours later had a call from sykes cottages to say my PET budgies are not allowed as they Are not PETS?
Therefore it's a non refundable booking so I will lose my£££££
If I Don make or cancel.
Just had long conversation with a female who swears dogs are only classified as PETS budgies are not?
Asked to speak to owners if the property. She said they will not change there minds.
The holiday isn't until September.
Can anyone recommend help please.
