Customer service is non existent we have booked multiple cottages with Sykes over the last 5 years & I realised that the next holiday we have booked for November is unsuitable for someone not good on their legs no mention of the ladder like stairs in the descriptions so I cant get upstairs to bed or to use the only loo & Sykes couldn't care less all I wanted to do was swap accommodations to a suitable one & not a chance….not a problem Sykes Hoseasons were happy to help & have now got my custom for multiple bookings each year.
