When you request to cancel via Airbnb the online request goes directly to Sykes but on the phone direct with Sykes you are not all to cancel it has to be done via Airbnb. This holiday was booked 5 month prior to going and I want to cancel 4 month prior to going, if cancelled they take 50% - £800+ to cancel the holiday, its disgusting they are just ripping people off and using the guise of Airbnb to cover it up. They say you would get a full refund if the holiday was booked direct with them but after reading the comments this seems to be untrue.
