First and last time with Sykes last week - only stayed 36 hours, rang Sykes 2nd and said we would be leaving following. Jobs half finished, big holes in ceiling - could go on.
Rang Sykes again when we got home and said contract was with them and not the owner only to be told it changes to the owner once we started the holiday - owner rang up 10.30 at night regarding the problems and cos we hadn’t contacted him there was no refund.
Went to post this and asking how we communicated with the company. Only one option can be selected but communication was by email, live chat and telephone.
