Absolutely terrible customer service . Was sent an invoice for some damage via their portal my puppy caused to a wooden chair this is totally my responsibility but then asked to pay for 2 chairs £249.00!!
However no proper running shower and no tv in lounge all week as not connected properly no signal , dog gate also broken for stairs so supplied at cottage and pets could not go upstairs .
I reported these things to owner and Sykes . Now multiple emails/WhatsApp telephone calls no one answers for ages and ages as they are busy and if they do they don’t seem to follow up your complaint and just send a standard message again ignoring everything . They have just sent another stark message not addressing my concerns at all raised not offered any refund for the faults at all at the property , just asked for full payment of damage and sending same photos (although they said they were different images they aren’t ) . I was also drawn in by tge £20 deposit scheme
