Enquiring if the pictures of a particular cottage were up to date using live chat and talking to KATIE. She tried to get in touch with the owners of the cottage to confirm the pictures were up to date. Not being able to contact them she said she would try the following day, which she did and confirmed that they were recent pictures. She then booked me the cottage for my chosen dates in a very polite, helpful and professional manner.
