Booked and paid deposit, but did not receive an acknowledgement. Booking not shown on my account, but my frustration was with their customer service which is non existant, 'on line chat' a joke, phone calls totally stonewalled. I have lost faith in them completely, and have asked my bank to refund the payment.
This would be a nightmare if I wanted to contact them over something crucual.
