Appalling customer service
We have used Sykes many times in the past with no problems however our latest booking has been cancelled by Sykes with no explanation and contacting customer service has proved fruitless so far. I noticed that the funds for our holiday which were paid in full have not been reimbursed as yet. Very poor show will not be using this company again.
