The fact you have to give a star to complete review is in itself a bit ridiculous - the current 'offer' of secure your holiday for £25 is totally misleading and if you try to slightly change anything datewise no of pax etc you are then charged a huge amount which cant be transfered - they do this to obtain your bank details which enables them to then access the funds - be very careful before taking up this 'offer' and dont even try to speak to anyone - customer service is a farce
