We had a few issues at a place we stayed at booked through Sykes Cottages. On our return we had an email asking for feedback following our holiday. I answered with photo proof and waited for a response- it took them a while and was generic in their answer. No support whatsoever- said because we didn’t phone the owner at time of visit they couldn’t help us?????? WHY ASK FOR OUR FEEDBACK AFTERWARDS THEN???? We had to spray 30 plus blue bottles on arrival, the place wasn’t 100% clean and found previous visitors top under top bed cover so didn’t sleep in the beds. Rubbish and cop out answers by Sykes Cottaged so we will not use them again.
