No customer service. Couldn't care less
They gave craven cottage 4 ticks based on the garden. They fail to tell you it backs on to a road,so traffic noise can be heard. Not as tranquil as they make out. The cottage itself is tatty. It's not worth of 4 ticks. Complained. But nothing. This property should be assessed again. Owners told its needs work.
