I cancelled within 10 minutes of paying full amount having seen there was access issues my partner has mobility issues
Got an e mail saying I would get a refund after 10 days
Now they saying the cancellation fee is £867 the cost of the holiday absolutely raging
You can’t get through on the phone and e mails bounce back
Do not entertain these thieving clowns
