Terrible customer service, well, no customer service at all. I accidentally booked the wrong dates, I asked for a date change within 2 hours and they point blank refused, even though the dates I wanted were free. This was through AIRBNB , who were brilliant and sorted me a full refund.
Do not book a cottage through Sykes!
