Sykes are impossible!
They do not have email.
They have stopped using the telephone.
They do not reply to letters.
The so called customer portal does not work.
The web chat does not work.
We are being approached by scammers for payments, but Sykes take no notice.
I have never come across an outfit like this in many years in business.
Never again will I use Sykes.
